That might work but you need to check and see what's under the seats. Looks like only a 120V outlet when looking at the outside of the TT in that area. There could be a water pump, convertor or something else under the seats.
Most love seats are in the 35-41"D range which may or may not work. Also they're around 62" at a min. It will be tight but possibly doable. Another issue is the door to the bathroom might hit the sofa.
