I note one local dealer has a 2017 Coachmen Freedom Express 192RBS for $17,924.
Has the Freedom Value Package, Entertainment Package, and Power Tongue Jack. Does not have the grill or even the door on the side where the grill is supposed to slide in/out of.
These are all pretty standard Freedom Express Features anyway, other than perhaps the power tongue jack but frankly I've never seen an FE without one. In my model year a dealer could order an FE without the slide out grill but my dealer always ordered his models with this feature. If you were ordering one instead of buying an existing lot model you might want to price the cost of upgrading from a 6 cu ft fridge to an 8 cu ft and adding a power intake / exhaust fan such as a FanTastic vent fan to the main cabin vent. Other than that there wouldn't be much else you'd likely want.
Regarding the grill ...
We use a Weber Q120 (now the Q1200) for grilling ...
... so have no need for a grill mounted to the camper. Personally I prefer having the grill well away from the camper anyway to keep greasy grilling smoke away from it and always place our Q on the campsite picnic table. As mentioned, I replaced the supplied Coleman grill with a 2-burner Coleman stove and although I've always used it anyway as a standalone stove with previous campers we've owned it is especially convenient to have it just pull out of the side of the camper for use. :B
