Regarding the grill ...
We use a Weber Q120 (now the Q1200) for grilling ...

Personally I prefer having the grill well away from the camper anyway to keep greasy grilling smoke away from it and always place our Q on the campsite picnic table. As mentioned, I replaced the supplied Coleman grill with a 2-burner Coleman stove and although I've always used it anyway as a standalone stove with previous campers we've owned it is especially convenient to have it just pull out of the side of the camper for use. :B
So here Sound Guy illustrates a great point of lifestyle choice re the grill issue. You just make your choice as to how you want to use your rig. I should mention, by the way, that we immediately replaced the Coachmen supplied Coleman grill with our own combination grill and burner from Magellan. That way, I can grill on half of the cooktop and still have a standard burner to fry or cook something I need a pan or pot.
I think that Sound Guy and I need to have a "grill off" to solve this issue. Maybe meet half way between us - maybe in Kentucky or somewhere and set up and grill away!! ??
So now our 192 RBS is sitting in our driveway almost ready to head out in the morning about 4 hours west to the Texas Hill Country. My wife has already told me that I'm supposed to be ready to grill while there . . . maybe some speckled trout or redfish I recently caught in the bay . . . I'm already hungry.
