First, the LX470 model towing capacity is 6500 lbs., and the LX570 version has a 7000lbs. towing capacity.
I love towing my Freedom Express with the LX570, and am totally confused as to why anyone would say it's not enough tow vehicle for the FE 192RBS.
Despite these so-called tow ratings is there not an important distinction between the OP's 2002 LX470 which is equipped with an engine that produces FAR less power and your newer and much more capable LX570? Towing is certainly about torque but I find it difficult to believe the OP's much older LX470 with an engine that produces FAR less HP would be a satisfying TV for any trailer weighing 4500 lbs loaded and ready to camp. Note also that current 2017 versions of the 192RBS are porkier than earlier versions, apparently having gained several hundred pounds over my 2014 model with a factory UVW of just 3535 lbs, none of which would help the OP tow with any vehicle with so little grunt under the hood.
