The second weight is with the trailer unhitched with no weight on the ball. In each case the truck is on one scale and the trailer on another. Your Lexus manual should provide you a procedure to weigh accurately.
Our "yellow sticker" on our 2016 model 192 RBS is 3853 lbs., but that, as has been stated multiple times, is not the weight you can count on for towing.
