Take another look, that yellow sticker should list the actual dry weight of that particular trailer as it left the factory, equipped as it was at that time. Here's mine - 3815 lbs, which is 280 lbs more than the brochure listed weight of just 3535 lbs.
It's that sticker weight you want to work with. To that you'll add the weight of a battery, propane in the two tanks, plus the weight of any water that may be in the water heater tank and fresh water holding tank. The result is the base weight of your particular trailer
before any cargo is added. Believe it, weight adds up quicker than you would think. ;)
