I do like the floor plan of the
Coachmen 192RBS and wonder if there is a smaller one out there like this:
- 7' to 7.5' wide
- approximately 19-22' long
- 3,500 lb dry weight or less
- slide out with a jack knife sofa - no dinette
- Queen size bed
- dry bath
- height inside like the Coachmen
- Tandem axle
Nope. :(
There's little point in going with anything lighter unless it's significantly lighter as a couple hundred pounds either way won't make much difference at all to improve your towing situation. If you determine a trailer in the size category the 192RBS is in is just too heavy then you ought to be looking at single axle trailers with a much lower GVWR, though you sure won't achieve all those "wants" you've listed above. My own Coachmen dealer sells quite a few Coachmen Apex Nano models to those with vehicles with limited towing capability, in particular the 187RB and 191RBS. You'd still want to check the actual sticker weight of any of these trailers though to be sure it would fit your criteria. ;)
