Seeking trailer selling advice for a fixer-upper trailer

Tell him it is a spruced up as it's going to be and you need the title in order to sell it.

Put it on CL as suggested with a price that will sell it.

If it doesn't sell, put it on the free section on CL. I guarantee you it will be taken. Got rid of a problem boat for a buddy like this.

The only people that get taken advantage of are those who let themselves be taken advantage of.
