I have to agree with the clean it-shine it group. Don't try to hide anything that may be worn, people expect some signs of use. If you have pets make sure there are not odors or stains in the carpet. Tires are subjective and I would let the new owner buy what he prefers. Have the battery load tested but again, the new owner may want a better battery than what you replace it with. When were the wheel bearings and brakes serviced last? You may want to have any service receipts handy if you still have them. Good luck with the sale.
