Serpentine Belts and Hoses
I still have the original belt and hoses on my 2004 truck with 120000 miles. Would you change them or say if it ain't broke don't fix it?

My '00 F-250 still had the original hoses when I traded it in last year with 185,000 miles. Just check them annually for soft spots or cracking.
I changed the serpentine belt after 10 years and kept the old one under the seat just in case I needed it. It didn't need to be changed, but it was easy, relatively cheap, and made me feel better.
