As was posted above, Chrysler/Ram is out of the picture now. They won't/can't even look at it anymore. If you had the work done at a shop take it to them and have them figure out what went wrong.

If you did this yourself then you may have a very expensive repair bill heading your way. Could be a software issue or a hardware issue. Start by making sure all the connections are tight and not corroded. Make sure none of the wiring has touched a hot surface and as been burned. Next run all the wires to make sure they have not been cut or chaffed exposing the wires. If that all checks out and everything looks good, call the company that made the programmer and see if there are any fixes or updates available. You might be able to find some information about this on their web-site.
