Several Questions about Issues with Slide out, (pics incl)

I’m going to say the slide needs some adjustment to eliminate the gap at the bottom… the bubbles at the top don’t appear to be normal at all and the tape seem like it was some type of repair and not original…

But I am not sure about any of it, it just looks odd…
