Shark-fin Antenna

Question

I have a 2020 Ford Ranger Lariat that I am going to put a Kimbo camper on. I need a 6' extension cable for the radio antenna that sticks up from the back cab mounted shark-fin antenna. I think I can clear the fin but not the radio antenna. My thoughts are to use an extension cable to relocate the antenna to the top of the camper when it is on the truck. Any suggestions?

Need to first figure out if the antenna has a plug in at the roof. Or it will be pretty difficult to fish the extended cable through the cab wherever it’s routed and equally as hard to store.

There was  a thread on this recently although it doesn't specifically address the ranger.  Maybe check with Ford, I know Ram had a bulletin on it for 2500/3500 trucs.
