They have to be converted an expensive process. Only Jeep sells vehicles made in RHD Directly from NA factories. They also sell the Chrysler 300 in RHD form but that maybe assembled in Austria.

At least you can drive a RHD vehicle in the US without modification. Heck even the UK will let you drive a LHD vehicle.
