Eastern U.S. the height limit is 13'6", not 14'. I'm sure he is well under that.
Good point; I forgot about that and just typed the number we're all used to. There actually isn't a max height federally, so each state can set their own. But I'm not aware of any that are less than 13'6". Anyone else?
We're 12'8"... feels normal to me.
