Mike I don't have a basement. I have space on my side like you do. I use it for all outside stuff. Power cable, hose, 4 12x12x2 blocks, Tarp poles, mats, etc. I had thought about building storage boxes on my sides. the extra weight changed that idea. Camper looks nice hope to see it someday. Bill
