Nicely laid weld and down both sides too as I can see the heat wittness. Very well and properly done as it's stronger than the base metal it's holding! Myself, I prefer to do all 4 sides even if it might be overkill. I like the weld to pull edge metal to edge metal at the two opposing widest joints. The tubing etc will fail long before the weld and thats the way it should be!
Very shoddy lack of workmanship and a glaring lack of quality/audit on te OPs TC. Reminds me of what the salesman had said to the 4 of us when he told us of the issues they had experienced. Seems the OP isn''t the only one to see this very poor construction hidden out of sight.
