There is NO excuse for ever allowing electrical or liquid lines to be squeezed/pinched between construction members and certainly not a screw tight to, rubbing, or thru any such delivery lines. Very poor design to even have it possible and even worse fabrication and where was quality control/auditing? What good is a weld that's not adequate? A broken weld is the very same thing as a skipped or forgotten weld! It holds NOTHING together!
