Though I don't have a dually, I just installed a set of KYB MonoMax shocks on all 4 corners on my 2007 Dodge 2500 CTD. I had Bilstiens on my other truck and they are very good. However, I'm am thoroughly impressed by the KYB's ride and no bouncing of the front when stopping. They are also less expensive than the Bilstiens, which was a factor for me.
I've walked away from Bilsteins years ago when they just softened up after 3 years. Too much money for that to happen.
I since went with KYB Monomax's and feel there are no better shock for a heavy-heavy loaded truck/camper combo. Love the ride, love the price, love they haven't softened up.
Well there ya go Wayne! Should be able to find some place in town tomorrow and pick 'em up along with the batteries. Not spending your money, saving you money!
Autozone carries them for $212 all 4. Both fronts and both rears.
But WAIT!!
I found a Autozone coupon; $170 for the set of 4. $182 all-in tax and shipping.
