Shocks

Ok guys you answered my questions on the Stable loads, and I think You very much. Now I need to ask about shocks. 2003 Ford F450 crew cab, cab and chassis, 6.0 diesel, 990 Arctic Fox. Are Monroe shocks as good as any of the others? which is best Rancho, or bilstein. I have been looking on e-bay and these things are expensive for an old fart trying to get by. If there is a cheaper place than e-bay let me know .Thanks again
