Shocks
A search resulted in 21 pages of discussion but nothing definitive I could take away. Perhaps someone can offer some additional information for me... Looking to put new shocks on my 2500 Duramax 4x...

A little late since you already have the shocks but I just put a new set of the 4600's on mine. It really improved the empty ride by smoothing out the hard bumps which is really what I wanted. I can't tell a lot difference towing because I have an air ride hitch and air bags on the truck. The rears were $70 something on Amazon but the fronts were only $26 each. They had a set of used like new and from my experience meant someone had ordered the wrong ones and returned them. Turned out to be the case as they were brand new. Sometimes I luck into a bargain but usually not.
