Your minivan is not rated to tow any high walled RV. If you want the conveniences of quick access to toilet, sink, food, and beds that come with travel trailers, then you will need to find a more capable tow vehicle. I bet you can find a similar age/condition/mileage full sized 1-ton passenger van for about the same value of your minivan. It will have less equipment/features as well as use more fuel, but they can tow up to 8000 pound dry RVs. You'll have to decide what is an appropriate compromise for your family.
