Hahahahahaha! My family of 5 would not be comfortable in the Lance 2185. There is not enough storage for a large family even if you squeeze 5 people in there.
Your 2015 Burb has payload near 1500 pounds with a 1000 pound receiver limit. One of those two will force your RV tow limit well under the 8300 pound tow rating. 1000 pounds of tongue weight is closer to 7500 pounds loaded RV and 6000 pounds dry with a 8 people's camping gear. Also, the 1500 pounds of payload should cover the weight of the 8 people riding inside, cargo and things to keep them occupied, and trailer tongue weight. So estimate the weight of whomever is riding in your Suburban while towing, subtract from the weight listed in on the Tire and Loading sticker, and multiply by 7. That's a reasonable dry weight. If you have 1500 pounds of people and cargo, your tow rating is zero pounds as the vehicle is not designed to handle any more weight on it's chassis.
Sell the half ton and find a 2008-2013 3/4 ton Burb. :p
