You are probably going to have to look for something similar to this. As previous poster said, bunks, master bed, jack knife couch, dinette that folds down to a bed. Storage is going to be tight with any brand you buy to accommodate the number of people you are considering.
It's not an Airstream, but Outbacks are very well built, use real wood in their cabinets, and frames are all aluminum. They have the "polar package", which means there is heat in the underbelly, but still not 100% freeze proof (unfortunately).
The Keystone Outback line is making a strong come-back. My dealer told us they can't keep them on the lot. This is almost a year after we purchased ours. Of the 3 TT's I've owned, the Outback is by far the largest, but also the easiest to tow, navigate, and park ... in spite of it's size. And we've had zero problems with it in the first year after warranty fixed the drain in the shower, which was install wrong, working great now.
Here's the floor plan that would meet your needs. Below are links to the Web sites:
Keystone Outback 301BQ:

ThorIndustries.com Select the Recreational Vehicles section and begin to get "overwhelmed". This will navigate you to Keystone and eventually Outback.
KeystoneRV.com Lots of other options available from Keystone.
Keystone Outback site. Click here.
Good luck in your search and give us a report back some day what you finally decide to get.
