Making the transition from sea (selling the boat) to land with our three children (and cousins). We're shopping for a higher end travel trailer that will accommodate at times 3 adults and 5 children....

In the end your Burb will be the limiting factor. It has a low hitch rating and a low payload. It will limit your TT selection. A 3/4 ton SUV or full size van would give you lots more options.
There are trailers that the Burb can tow but I don't believe thery will meet your needs very well
