I agree that the burb will be the determining factor as to the size TT you can get. We purchased a Keystone Cougar Xlite 31SQB (in fact I pick it up today), it fits into your weight limits dry, but as Krobbe's example shows, you will be over by a significant amount (more than likely) by the time you load it.
I would have loved to have gotten one of those rolling condo type units, but alas... We chose the 31SQB as it can sleep up to 11 and actually sleep 7 without opening the couch nor the dinette. 3 Bunks, 2 "Cub Couches" (like flip out chairs into beds), a Queen main, sleeper sofa, and dinette. It also comes with a 2nd tv lots of wardrobe space (the wardrobe is actually a small slide out) in the bunk room. 2 fridges for all the drinks(outdoor kitchen one is 120v). And since we have 3 teenage boys, so friends, and/or their grandparents are going to be frequent travel companions. :/
