As campground host in a state park, all I was allowed to do when camper complained about electricity was plug in a tester. Mostly it was "See, the pole is right" but sometimes call maintenance, see how long before repair could be made.
The most common complaint was GFI on camper would trip. I would offer to let camper owner plug my tester into outlet that was not GFI protected. Most times would indicate mis-wiring someplace between pole and outlet.
