short bed vrs. long bed

I just moved from a Crew cab with a 5 1/2’ bed to a crew cab with a 61/2’ bed and while I like the extra space I really notice it when pulling into parking spots. Haven’t towed much with it yet but the little I have I didn’t notice a big difference.

I have a 14' bed on one truck, and its too short at times.

No real right or wrong, only what is BEST for YOU!

Age old argument. There are advantages and disadvantages for both. Personal preference and need will always win out. Personally I always liked long bed trucks for more load space.

I wish a 10' bed was an option...

I have a long bed CC, don't have any problems.

Difficult for what? Loading, parking, towing?
