Should I offer less for this new Hail damaged KZ trailer?

If the hail damage is primarily cosmetic, and you don't have a problem with the appearance, or plan to repair some of it yourself, show the salesman the numbers you have found on line and present him your "discounted" counter offer (an offer you can feel good about) and stick with it. Worst he can do is say no.
