I appreciate the caution and have researched this quite a bit. It is rated for 19.2K on towing a 5th wheel, has 26K GCWR, 3.6K payload and scored 94.5 points on the IKE. It meets the weight specs. The Ford engineers are right on this truck.
Where did you get those numbers? Brochures? The only F250 that comes anywhere close is a stripped down 4x2 regular cab with a 6.2l. The actual numbers for a truck on the lot are usually much less once optioned out. You really should have ordered an F350. The price difference is usually less than $500.
