Show me your swing out brackets

I scored a set of never used Atwood swing out brackets but with no instructions. If any of you have these on your camper a couple of photos would be appreciated. I found the instructions online but as they say " a picture is worth a thousand words"
  • The camper is in the truck and all the holes line up. I was just trying to figure out top/bottom and whether there was a left and right. Thanks for all the replies and photos.

Agreed... I marked mine as I took them off of the camper of the guy i got them from. Marked the Side and the Top of each one.

  • The Attwood jacks should already be bolted to a bracket on the camper. I did not have to remove the brackets at all. So no need to reseal anything. The Swing outs go between the bracket on the camper and the jack. All I did was drive the truck just under the camper enough to lower the camper onto the rear of the bed. Once the jacks were retracted and off the ground I put on the new swing outs. Piece of CAKE!!! I had to get the swing outs becasue I picked up a new DRW truck.
  • The Rieco-Titan and Atwood should be similar brackets:

  • Since Droland already has the camper, any chance that the mounting holes will line up with existing?
  • I would use Proflex rv around the perimeter of the plate where it meets the camper. I would also caulk the heads of the lag screws. ( use brite-white, it won't yellow)

you are most likely mounting into a wood supported corner, no need to play games with possible water intrusion.
  • You definitely want to get them installed correctly. They lock in place while traveling and while extended. My picture is not that good.

I added brackets when I upgraded to a DRW.
