If it has Reico-Titan jacks, they have the extension brackets on their website. If it has HappyJac, same deal.

Pop-ups are usually about 7' wide , swing out 's of any brand wont be enough by them self , I had an Outfitter and a Northstar on a Dodge dually , both had happi jacs , had to stack swing outs with a u- bracket they used to make for srw trucks with flares , also used some box mounted to the swing outs . You have to extend the jacks out so far that its a little scary when its off the truck , it puts a lot of leverage on the camper jack mounts , but can be done

It's a hard top TC not a pop up.

The owner is trying to find a bracket that he doesn't have to drill or add additional metal to but it doesn't seem like they exist for a dually. The Atwood site is not very helpful and doesn't say how much space they add.

According to the second post he'll have to fabricate something...which is scary.

What do you mean? Every brand of jack has a dually bracket available.

It's a swing-out hinge that bolts between the jack and the bracket on the TC. You can't have the jacks hanging out in space while driving. First off it makes you too wide to be legal without overwidth permits, and second off they're too easy to hit on things sticking out there.

Shouldn't have to drill holes if you get the right bracket for whatever brand jack it is, but if you do it's no big deal. At least one hole will line up, and they're mild steel so it's an easy drill.

If you need more width you don't need to weld. Just get the dually brackets and some flat plate steel the same thickness as the dually bracket, however wide you need to clear the fenders. Mount the brackets to the camper. Cut the plate steel to the proper length and bolt it to the dually brackets. Bolt the jack to the plate steel.

Sometimes not so simple
Attwoods don't add that much width
Some campers are not full 8' wide , so plating ext is needed
Adding plates push jacks forward when closed
Adding plates puts more stress on attachment to camper if weight is left on jacks
Where the hinge point is on the dually swing out can make a big difference . That's why theres a difference between the Rieco "swing aways" and the Rieco "ez swings"
Rieco swing aways have more material between the hinge point and the jack giving more width than attwoods
Happi jacks mount the jacks at 90 degrees from attwoods and riecos so plating is not the way to go , you need a 'U' channel ,or box
Ive had 6 campers on duallys , everyone has required a different method ,the only one that cleared the dually with just swing outs , a Okanagan that was a full 8' w/ happi jacs and their swing outs ,pushed the jacks forward when closed and wouldn't let the rear cab doors on my 03 Dodge open because the pillar behind the door was so thin , had to move the camper back in the bed
Also sometimes if done certain ways will put the jack out side the plane of the side of the camper so the jack is limiting the view of the side mirrors

I have had both Outfitter and Northstar pop-up and neither one I had trouble with dually brackets. The ones on the tc at purchase worked fine.

I think it depends on the year and make truck. my truck is a 99 Dodge B3500 dually CTD.

the guy who bought my outfitter had to make an extension for his truck. just a simple 1 inch square tub probably 15 inches long, drilled hole as necessary. he mounted the tub between the swing out and the jack and all was ok. but he had a newer model.

What I've had to do in the past is go to a machine shop and have them make me extensions for my brackets. Don't remember the cost but it wasn't all that much and they did a better job then I ever could have done!
