I am very paranoid about water getting where it shouldn't (as I imagine we all are), and so I want to improve my corner shower stall before I use it. I want the curtain edges to fasten more securely ...

For me, I found that I had two places water would end up on the floor:
One was the shower hose itself, which was stiff and ran up to the shower head at an angle giving the water a path down behind the curtain and onto the floor. A longer, more flexible hose (Inox)that would run from the faucet, under the shower curtain and up to the shower head took care of that issue.
Issue two occurred if the trailer wasn't perfectly level side-to-side. Water would run down the shower walls and along the gap between the tub and wall panels and then down onto the floor. A small "dam" made from tub and tile caulk in the gap makes sure that it gets directed back into the tub before it can run onto the floor.
:E Wow, that's very enlightening.... and a little scary too. I can picture it like a movie: Camera is in tight on a little trickle of water, worming its way down into nefarious, never before suspected areas... oh the horror!
