No I have not called TCW. I have 1 year full warranty on TC so I emailed Service manager at Adventurer. Dealt with in past with my previous Adventurer TC and this one. Always been within 24 to 48 hours with reply regarding any warranty work. Depending what He says I might just cut an access panel on cabinet floor for future need. Maybe upgrade shower fixture itself.
