Shower leaks - where to seal
Just getting the ol' trailer ready to take out at the end of the month, and checking things out. Picked it up at the end of the season last year, and never got a chance to actually use the shower for anything.
Well - it leaks. It appears to be leaking from where the door "trim" attaches to the shower base. I'm not sure if I'm better off trying to deal it from the inside of the doors, or the outside of the doors. This is the corner, hex shape shower with a single opening (pics attached). I know from household experience, you usually seal the outside of the framing, but I'm not really sure why. I believe its from the free-floating walls, and the need for water to be able to drain out from under the rail (instead of trapping the water)
Also, as seen in the picture - one of the lower parts of the wall seems to have come unattached. Can I just glue it back? Stick a little 3M foam back there? Not sure how to attach the wall panel without actually sealing it and causing issues down the road. Its probably usable in its current state, but its noticeable. Thanks in advance for the heads up! I searched, and all I could find were topics talking about actually caulking the shower surround to the base. This is not my issue.
**Edit - apparently I suck at uploading photos. Tried with Facebook and Google Photo, can't get either to work. Going to have to work without in this one folks
