Sounds like a nice unit, but only being used a few times I wonder if maintenance on roof seams was kept up which is ever critical with all the moisture Oregon receives annually. We stocked our TT just like a second home and purchased accordingly. Took maybe a couple of trips to get it right, luckily Walmarts and Targets are everywhere making the process uber simple. Here's hoping you many awesome trips in your Trail Cruiser.
What needs to be done to roof seams? I was of the impression you just don't touch the roof unless a leak happens.
The goal is stop the leak before they happen. You need to visually inspect roof membrane for potential rips/tears and all the seams. Look closely where roof and sidewalls, front cap, Vents, AC meet. If the caulking has cracked or missing touch up as required. Aldo inspect sidewall seals; corners, windows and around lights. Same thing, if the caulking is cracked or missing, time to repair.
I check mine closely once a year, but do quick checks pretty regularly.
Enjoy the trailer.
