Silverado 2500 v 3500 fuel mileage ?
Like we buy these for fuel saving but . . . Has anyone who's owned both noticed any difference in fuel mileage between a Duramax in a 2500 and a Duramax in a 3500 frame?

I have a 3500 dmax. If newer than 2011 it is identical to 2500 except leaf springs so milage will be the same. I have seen 27mpg on highway unloaded. City with traffic usually around 15. Loaded with camper on mix of conditions about 12. Yet to be seen when I hit the mountains what I will get.
