This is one of several GM/Navi joint venture projects, this one for medium duties. Each will have their version both using GM supplied powertrain components while Navistar will likely take the lead on the chassis. Some of the outer trim will be different to distinguish one from the other much like the current Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra have minor differences.
