My advice to you is to let it go. Sidecar is quickly developing a reputation of posting inflammatory comments and he has trouble getting his own facts correct. Not worth wasting your time.
Haha! Yeah after I responded the second time I figured I was being trolled. I was trying to figure out what my "issue" with Freightliner was. I have 500,000mi on Freightliner OTR trucks with no complaints. I'm probably going to buy a used Century or Columbia to haul my monster truck around once it is finished.

When did navistar quit making a lo pro or equal? Granted on old side, my 4600LP has an 18200 give from factory. Saw some new ones at dealer the other day.....
Maybe not set up with motors etc someone wants...

Marty, Navistar had stopped offering its smaller (19.5" tire) trucks at some point earlier this year. I still have a sales brochure around here somewhere. I picked one up from our local dealer and he was supposed to call me later with a price. Instead he called to tell me they no longer offer those small trucks.
As I said Ford was out. The nearest Kenworth dealer is 100mi away, and the Peterbilt 325 was $10,000 more than the Ram. Interestingly BOTH the Kenworth and Peterbilt use the 6.7L Cummins same as the Ram but also offered the Allison transmission. So, with the Paccar trucks you get the best of both worlds but at a huge price penalty.
We actually ended up getting the Ram way cheaper than we should have because the salesman was new and didn't know the commercial market. It's a long story but it worked in our favor.
