Silverado bed height
Please help me out. I'm thinking about getting a 2013 Silverado with the Duramax. Can anyone tell me what the height of the bed floor is and also to the top of the bed rails? Thanks

- 2013 Silverado 3500 SRW Diesel Crew Cab w/ 6.5' bed. Not sure if the garage floor is perfectly level, but I just measured 57 1/4" to the top of the rails and about 38 1/4" to the top of the gate folded down. The bed is actually slightly less, as are the rails near the cab because it's sitting completely unloaded at the moment.
- When contemplating which ford model to buy, I grabbed a tape measure out of the barn and drove down to the ford lot.

- Bed rail height on mine is 59". Not sure about bed floor. Should be able to find these specs on Gm.com.
