A couple of reasons (But not limited to) why one would buy a GMC over a Chevy is the GMC used to have a different V8 engine in their trucks, and now the upscale with a different look.

The Chrysler koolaid is really showing Don! :W

BTW... A third reason is because "The Fall Guy" used to drive a GMC :B

I never owned a Chevy, but have driven several. The last one I drove for 11 years and 130+k. It did not sell me on them. Drove several in the '70s and '80s, they did not sell me on them either. JMHO.

There was a time when I naively believed CR. But now with all the information available on the web, you can look at CR's highly rated items (whatever those items may be) and check actual user reviews there and on other sites and often find the user reviews strongly contradict the CR ratings.

Major dilemma today for GM fans who normally hate CR, LOL.

Kidding aside, congrats GM...despite some of the wisdom tossed around on the internet, they're all really good trucks these days so it's a matter of choosing the one whose looks you like best, or whose seat fits the backside most snuggly, or whom had the best deal at the time.

Wow CR says it so it has to be true right? Funny how when CR says it's something different then your flavor CR is nothing but a rag not fit for the bottom of a bird cage.

If I'm buying a refrigerator or toaster I may buy one of their rags, wait we just bought both and never gave CR a look.

But Good for Chevy they make a good truck and provide my Dad with a pension so keep buying those GM's guys.
