skycat 188B, 2014

I bought a new skycat just 3 weeks ago. I took it on a nice 1 week trip (550 mi each way). I noticed the shower head didn't work properly, but let that go. I also had trouble with the awning...one side. On return home I ran the a/c to give me time to clean it out in comfort and to help reduce any humidity build up (Tampa FL area). Then I noticed a huge problem! The a/c leaked and actually separated the countertop! I attempted to remove the filter & found i could not-the unit was not installed properly. The water damage goes down the back wall behind the refrige and the flooring inside the cabinets! Upset is not the word for it! Any ideas?? I'm so mad I don't want it anymore!!
