skylight pillow

Hi, my new travel trailer has a 21" x 14" skylight over the kitchen island. This lets in light but also lots of heat. I have been looking for a shade or pillow but all I can find are the standard 14" x 14" pillows. Any suggestions?

    I used DOW solid foam insulation board. It was easy to trim using a knife so it would fit snug enough to stay in place. Pop a small hole thru it to insert a string or whatever to pull it back out.

    I have a large one over my shower. A spare bed pillow fits nicely.

    Ask at your receiving department and IT department at work. At the office I've got all sorts of various sized foam, both soft and rigid that equipment is shipped in. I save for a rainy day I guess :)

    Go to a fabric store and buy a foam piece used for furniture. Cut slightly larger than the opening. Press to fit, no Velcro needed.
