You should tell us the year and model of your Aliner.
Most models the skylight is adhered in place with sealant and there are no mechanical fasteners (screws).
You must remove the skylight, removed all mastic, and reinstall.
You will need to create a jig from wood which will allow it to be clamped with even pressure all the way around the skylight until the mastic sets.
Call Columbia Northwest for the correct sealant/mastic.
