I called Aliner to ask what they recommend for resealing seams and such, and they advised more silicone caulk. So I would think that the skylight might be held in with silicone.
Personally, I am leaning toward using Eternabond at some point... unless someone knows a reason why it would not work on the surfaces of an Aliner. Removing the skylight and trying to get it to seat back in properly sounds to me like a recipe for a nightmare... at least with my level of skill.
