Yes, you are correct. With Evergreen out of business, you will have no factory warranty. I have heard that some dealers of Evergreen products may offer a very limited warranty of their own, or offer a warranty through some third party warranty company. Those warrantys are usually not worth the paper they are written on though.
I would look for a greatly reduced price on an "orphaned" RV, and handle repairs myself.
