To keep things in their proper perspective, while that is not completely true it is close to it, and those that choose not to get them again did so because of problems that I would equate to a poor or improper installation…
I have never experienced excessive flapping as they have claimed, actually I have never heard or felt mine flap… mine will poor because it is almost flat when extended, and that is both normal and not a problem and is easy to solve if it bothers you… with mine the pooling will self-correct almost completely, and usually within hours of the rain ending…
