I have removed the dinette booths and couch as well as the carpet from the slideout out. The slide floor definitely has to be replaced. The slide is 23/32 OSB so atleast that thickness material is readily available at home depot. I plan on replacing with 23/32 plywood. Looks like a I have few pieces of sill plate to replace in the slide as well. The water is coming in at the bottom of the slide because of the poor way it was designed originally. The side wall sheathing on the outside does not go all the way to the bottom of the slide. Io cannot imagine how this would not happen the way it is built. Looks like a buddy and I will tackle replacing the floor next weekend (3/22) pending the weather. I have read thru Jbarca's thread on his floor replacement and watched several Youtube videos as well. This does not seem like rocket science, just labor intensive. Still looking for the best way to seal the bottom of the new floor once installed.
