While the trailer should be level when using the slide, that may not be your problem. There might be a staple, fastener, or just a piece of build material, that is catching under the slide floor, scratching the vinyl. If the slide itself was scraping the vinyl, the scratches wouldn't just wipe off easily.
If not level, corner jacks down, you may be twisting the frame just enough to make the slide contact the floor. Your dealer can adjust it if need be, when you return. If the slide is sealing well, when in, or out, so no water intrusion, using it for the week, should not be a problem.
If your dealer is close, I'd give them a call, explain your upcoming trip time. They may just get you in while you wait. It would not take long for an experienced tech to make a slight adjustment to the slide, if that is needed.
