Don't.
Some do: They bought into an aftermarket seller selling unneeded products that benefit only the seller's wallet.
Some don't: They know that the slide out is designed to support its own weight and the weight of people and furniture. They know that adding supports underneath will do nothing unless they are screwed so tight they are then pushing up on the slide out floor lifting it some. They know then they are twisting and distorting the slide out potentially causing serious damage.
